José “Jojo” Romarx Salas has joined the LeadingRE global team as Director, Global Research and Business Development (APAC), where he will be responsible for spearheading the expansion of the business into new countries in the APAC region. He brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the role and will be involved in the firms’ expanded commercial initiatives. He will also deliver market research and reports and represent the LeadingRE at global industry events.
Jojo is one of less than 300 Licensed Real Estate Consultants in the Philippines and has previous experience working as Director of China Fortune Land Development (CFLD), where he oversaw product development. Other roles included working as Director for Research at Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services in the Philippines, where he ran the consulting side of the business for over four years. Previously, Jojo worked at CGAM (SPV-AMC) Inc., where he managed a significant property portfolio.
