This house, originally built in 1895, was once a small farmstead. Today, only the house and the half-timbered barn remain. Today, the barn only serves as a storage area for the residents of the house. There is a parking space and a small garage facing the street, adjacent to the barn. An extension with a flat roof was built directly onto the living area of the main house in the 1980s. This serves as a conservatory/living room with a fireplace. The solid brick building, the half-timbered barn and the romantic garden form a beautiful unit. The house needs to be renovated from top to bottom and some more extensive renovation work is also required. The total area is also well suited for conversion into several residential units or as a large family home or for several generations. The garden is beautifully landscaped and, despite its inner-city location, is not overlooked.
