This little paradise is hidden between the picturesque Altenhof with its ten-kilometre-long Werbellinsee lake and the impressive Chorin monastery - almost undiscovered on the outskirts of Britz near Eberswalde. The village itself offers a very good infrastructure, and yet you are surrounded by greenery, so that nature seems almost untouched. The house was built in 1983 as a solid construction, with a full basement and a spacious garage, which is complemented by plenty of ancillary space. As soon as you enter the house, you are greeted by a bright, wide hallway from which the rooms on the first floor open up. The large living room with a view of the lush garden with natural pond and the sunny terrace invites you to relax and dream. Right next to it is the dining room, which is perfect for cozy hours with the family. The existing furniture can be taken over by arrangement. The kitchen - which remains in the house - with a practical pantry, a guest WC with shower and a study complete this level. The upper floor continues generously, with a bedroom, a guest or children's room, a chamber and a dressing room offering plenty of space for security and time for yourself. The large bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin fitted with marble elements makes this floor a comfortable retreat. The basement also surprises with its possibilities. Accessible via the hallway on the first floor or directly from the garage, there is a separate guest area with a shower room. The oil tanks are safely stored behind a solid steel door. Other rooms are ideal for storing preserves or wine. The large garage offers space for two cars and plenty of room for garden tools or hobby utensils. All in all, this house is a place where a family can not only live, but also realize their potential - embedded in nature, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and an environment that allows for relaxation and development in equal measure.
