This attractive multi-family house was built around 1907 in solid construction. It contains three apartments and has a full basement. It was extensively renovated by 2024. The apartment on the first floor was created by converting a former restaurant. It has a loft-like layout and a room height of approx. 3.20 meters. Living, eating and cooking take place in a room measuring approx. 60 m². During the redesign, great importance was attached to preserving the character of the room, which radiates great hospitality. A cast-iron pillar in the area of the high-quality kitchen has been retained, as have the classic windows, some of which are fitted with stained glass. The living area is grouped around the large fireplace. The private area with bedroom and dressing room adjoins this room. From there, there is access to the terrace behind the house. The bright bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower area. There is also a separate study on the first floor, which is accessible from the hallway. The apartment on the upper floor has a significantly different characteristic. With a room height of approx. 2.75 meters, the functions of the rooms are more clearly separated. The apartment has a special charm, particularly because the half-timbering has been left exposed in parts of the interior walls. The living area is generously proportioned. From the dining area, which adjoins the cooking area, there is access to a large south-facing roof terrace. A bedroom and children's room or study complete the room program. The bathroom in this apartment is also equipped with a floor-level shower area. The attractively laid out apartment on the top floor is creatively designed. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower.
