This cozy attic apartment - currently used as a vacation apartment - is located in a well-kept apartment building. The property was built around 1983 in solid construction. The apartment itself offers an open and bright room concept on a living space of approx. 32 m². Upon entering the property, you first enter the hallway, which leads you to the heart of the apartment on your left. Extensive modernization work was carried out in the apartment in 2016. In addition to the shower room, the fitted kitchen and various renovation works were also carried out. At the same time, the Velux window in the bathroom and the sliding door element to the balcony were renewed. The heating system was replaced in 2024.
