This building ensemble consists of two buildings whose origins date back to the beginning of the 19th century. The building on the left is the former barn, which was completely renovated and converted into a residential building around 2002. Great importance was attached to preserving the character of the barn. To this end, the supporting structure was largely preserved and made visible in large parts, and the roof was insulated with over-rafter insulation. The heart of the building is the room measuring over 100 m², which extends over the entire building area on two levels and comprises the living/dining and cooking area. The living area is complemented by a beautiful roof terrace that was cut into the roof. In the dining area there is a fireplace designed by an artist, which creates a lovely atmosphere. The building also includes a separate, spacious private area, which comprises a bedroom with dressing area and a large bathroom for the parents, two areas for the children, each with two rooms and a shower room, as well as a study or guest room and a utility area. The house on the right offers a living space of approx. 190 m² on two floors and is furnished in a style that is roughly equivalent to the 1970s. The roof was re-covered and insulated with high-quality clay roof tiles around 2010, and the façade was also fitted with a composite thermal insulation system. The house has a full basement. The plot of over 9,000 m² includes large lawns and various beautiful trees, as well as a tennis court, which has not been used for some time. Additional adjoining land can be purchased as an option. A car garage in the house, a further double garage and several parking spaces complete the offer. An energy certificate is not yet available.
