Nestled in the hills just minutes from the town of Boerne sits the beautiful 260 acre Little Joshua Creek Ranch. Drive just 20 minutes and enter the gates of the ranch, where live water meets long range views and ideal location meets quiet serenity. A few things this magnificent ranch has to offer are Boerne ISD, private ponds, spectacular bluffs with views of the Texas Hill country, and the headwaters of Little Joshua Creek! Entering the gated ranch, you will find a storage barn for equipment as well as 2 nice water wells (12 & 15 GPM). At the bottom of multiple large vistas, sitting just above the larger of the 2 private ponds, sits two off grid cabins. The ranch is home to all native Hill Country game as well as some exotics. The access to year round water and immense cover acts as a sanctuary for whitetail, axis, bobcats, fox, hogs, and more! Trail Camera pictures can be provided upon request. With almost 300 in elevation change, the ranch offers both incredible hilltop views and beautiful water fed valleys. Both large Oak Trees & Cedar are found throughout the property, however, selective clearing on the cedar is in progress. Along the creeks you will also find many beautiful Cypress Trees. - 9/9/2025 8:15:33 PM
