You are free to use it as a second home or as a vacation apartment to accommodate vacation guests. In addition to the location, the property, built in 1968, also impresses with its well-designed floor plan, which enables seamless ground-floor living on approx. 38 m2 of living space. Upon entering, you enter the inviting vestibule, which leads you into the adjoining shower room with WC and washbasin as well as directly into the spacious eat-in kitchen. As the center of the property, this is the starting point to the other rooms on the first floor and is equipped with a timeless fitted kitchen. The features also include a fireplace, which has currently been converted into a storage space for the TV for economic reasons, but can be put back into operation if necessary after consultation with a chimney sweep. You can also access the outdoor terrace from the living area. Here you and your guests can still enjoy the sun undisturbed after a day at the beach thanks to the south-west orientation and round off the evening with a barbecue. Your four-legged friend can also play here unsupervised, as the outdoor area is fenced. Back inside, the bedroom adjoins the living area and completes the ground-floor living. The first floor is rounded off by a small hallway, which provides access to the subsequently converted upper floor and can also be used in part as a storage room. Once upstairs, you will find another storage area in the hallway as well as an adjoining room, which is currently used as a private bedroom but is not rented out to guests.
