I walked into 603 B Street expecting a typical split foyer, and I was pleasantly surprised. The setting is peaceful, the updates have been thoughtfully made by the sellers, and the spaces are generous. The home sits back from B Street with a deck overlooking a tree-lined backyard. Inside, the bathrooms have been updated, hardwood floors run through many of the rooms, the dishwasher was replaced about two years ago, the GE washer is just a few months old, and the Whirlpool dryer was replaced within the last two years. The 25-year roof and exterior siding were replaced about 12 years ago, and the windows have been upgraded. The chimney was recently evaluated and serviced. The oil tank and furnace are located in the lower level. At the front of the lot, the well head and pump were replaced about three months ago, and the system was flushed at that time. A newer bladder tank is in place. The septic system, located in the backyard, was last pumped about a year ago. Chelsea Beach Residents' Association is a voluntary community association with water-privileges. It offers residents access to sandy beaches, boat ramps, and the scenic Magothy River. It's a welcoming neighborhood with a great balance of recreation and relaxation.
