This beautiful remaining farm was actively used as a farm and later as a branch of a winery in southern Germany. Large and very popular wine festivals were held here. Not only was the large house occupied by the owners, but the outbuilding, which was built in 1960 as a cowshed, was converted into a residential building in 1980 and used for staff and guest accommodation with wine tasting. There are 4 bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower, kitchen and storeroom, as well as the wine bar with customer WCs. Many pictures still show the lively activity on site. The large barn measures 15.50 m x 36 m. It could easily be used as a stable for horses or as a storage area. There are two additional outbuildings. One (18 m x 10.50 m) is used to store agricultural equipment and the other (29 m x 5 m) would be ideal for creating outdoor paddock boxes for horses. Overall, it is a facility that offers a wide range of possibilities. For example as a horse farm, children's riding farm with boarding or for a vet. The farm just needs to be brought back to life! At the rear of the farm there is even a building area with its own access road. After prior consultation with the building authorities, a further detached house or an extension to the stable capacity could perhaps be built here. Directly next to the barn there is access to the pasture area on the edge of the forest with approx. 1 ha. A small wooded area also belongs to the property.
