The two-room apartment is located on the first floor of a period building from 1910. The façade was lovingly renovated in 2014 with great attention to detail. A small hallway leads to the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The living room is approximately 22 m² in size and has an old real wood floor, which emphasizes the charm of this old building apartment. The bedroom is quietly located to the rear and from there you can access the small, walled balcony. Here you can start the day in summer with a cup of coffee or tea or end it with a glass of wine. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub. The fitted kitchen has all the necessary appliances and a washing machine. In addition to the cellar room belonging to the apartment, there is a drying room in the basement of the building. A small garden for communal use rounds off the offer.
