A family house of 244 m2 is located in the village of Kremenici next to Malinska on the island of Krk, 1400 m from the beautifully landscaped beach and 1500 m from the center of Malinska. The old stone house was built before 1968, on a plot of 669 m2, and consists of a ground floor and a first floor, as well as separate rooms.
On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a living room, while on the first floor, which is reached by wooden stairs, there are two bedrooms with a view of the sea. On the terrace there are external stairs that lead to a separate room with a bathroom and toilet, which with minor modifications can be turned into a studio apartment with a view of the sea. There is a large storage room in the extension of the ground floor.
In front of the house is a spacious paved terrace and a separate building with a toilet, washing machine and storage room. The house has a terrace paved with Krk stone on which there is a large stone barbecue and an outdoor shower. The yard of the house is also paved and the yard is planted with Mediterranean plants and trees (palms, olives, grapes, cacti, agave, pampas, immortelle, lavender).
The house was completely renovated in 2009. All water and electricity installations, all floors, carpet between ground floor and first floor, stairs, PVC carpentry with mosquito nets and blinds, roofing and tiles were changed, a chimney was built, a wood stove was installed and the yard was paved. The house is sold furnished.
The house is connected to city water, but it also has a cistern (water is used for watering the garden). The house was regularly maintained and was used exclusively for the owner's vacation (it was not rented). This year, a request was submitted for a free sewer connection.
Krk is an island located in the northern part of the Adriatic Sea, it is a great destination because it is well connected to the mainland of Croatia by the Krk bridge, and due to its diverse and unique relief, it offers visitors the possibility of an active vacation, such as cycling and hiking, or enjoying the numerous bays and beautiful beaches.
