This detached house is located in a quiet side street. The first floor is divided into a kitchen and an adjoining living/dining area with access to the sun terrace. A subsequent extension also provides access to the garage and a room (approx. 21m²), which could be used as a study or guest room, for example. A small guest WC completes the floor plan. The wooden staircase takes you to a large bedroom on the 1st floor with enough space for a large closet and access to the balcony. There is also a children's room and a small bathroom with shower. A fully-fledged staircase leads to the attic (ceiling height approx. 2.05m, area approx. 22m²), where there is a reserve for conversion into a second children's room. With a full basement, you can do laundry, handicrafts and store your supplies in the basement. The attached part below the garage also has a spacious hobby room. The building is heated by an oil-fired forced-air heating system and partly by a gas-fired floor heating system; renovation work is required to create modern living comfort. The areas in the room next to the garage and in the attic were subsequently converted and are not considered living space under building law.
