Driving down the iconic State Highway 6, you will follow the picturesque Tasman Sea and the reverberating hills of the Paparoa Ranges. It is here that you will encounter the spectacular Fox River which is located 35 minutes drive south of Westport and an hour from Greymouth. Nestled amongst the beautiful backdrop of the Native bush, you will discover 3 individual sections at the spectacular Fox River, each with their own titles which are going to be sold as one. As you drive up the well-formed grass road and park in a designated car park, big enough for two cars, you are met with bird songs, a freshwater bubbling spring, sea sounds and serenity. These are no standard sections and range in size. The first section spans an impressive 3.3081 hectares, the second 6.99 hectares, and the third is the largest section, which is 8.48 hectares, (sizes are all approx). The views on offer are what make the West Coast of the South Island so unique, from the stunning sunsets and watching the waves roll in onto the beach which is just across the road. Imagine unwinding after a long day with the soothing sounds of lapping waves and relishing the serene beauty of the surrounding native bush promoting a sense of peace that is often hard to find elsewhere. Looking towards the sea is where you will be able to clear 200m2 of bush and build a dwelling of 100m2, which has already been approved by QE11 Trust. T&Cs apply. This prime location at Fox River is catered for adventure enthusiasts, nature lovers and all those looking to escape the ordinary. Opportunities to own a piece of West Coast's natural paradise are becoming rarer, so do not hesitate to make a private viewing and discover the wild beauty, serenity and ever-changing vistas of the West Coast.
