SOLE MANDATE Feel the nostalgia as you enter this house. The home still has its beautiful solid wooden floors, very high ceilings and spacious rooms. All set on a large walled stand with beautiful big tree. I do need some love and attention on the outside to restore me to my original state but my inside is in a good condition. Presently used by the Rectory the home has a total of 7 rooms used as offices and storage. Some of the rooms have doors leading out onto the wrap-around stoop. The big room is divided into 2 rooms by dry walling with the end of the passage blocked off with dry walling. This gives 2 rooms with its own access from outside and a separate toilet. With a full bathroom and big kitchen the rooms can be used for bedrooms, a dining room, study and lounge with fireplace. A loft the length of the dwelling is a great extra space for storage. A garage was built on the property and converted into a flatlet. This however is now just a frame. Access to the property is through a front gate and side double gate. Big garden for parking or chilling under the tree Great possibilities. Well located for both residence with working from home or business.. The house can also be used for residential income. As it is a historical building the outside of the home may not be changed. The church was built in 1898 so the rectory would also have been built around this time. The bones are good and the roof is sound. Beautiful old home waiting to start its new journey with a new owner
