This passive house is located on the edge of a forest, in a quiet and bucolic environment where wildlife meets flora, in the heart of the 4 rivers territory. Perfectly integrated into nature on a plot of nearly 5300m2, it is completed by an independent wooden housing of about 50m2.
In a natural universe that stands out for its peaceful and relaxing quality of life, this very low consumption house of approximately 195m2 offers all year round a pleasant ambient temperature without the use of a conventional heating or cooling system.
Built in compliance with the standards of the passive house, classified A in the DPE, it is equipped with triple glazing frames, a double-flow VMC with exchanger, wood wool insulation, a water purification system and a sewage treatment plant. Its location on the ground and its architecture are designed to allow the rhythm of life according to the sun and take advantage of its effects to reduce energy consumption.
The main house offers pleasant spaces, bathed in light and offering each their view of the greenery. It is through a sluice that allows the insulation and reduction of heat losses to the outside that the entrance passes. The living space is shared a large living room and an open kitchen colorful different species of wood. A parental space with a bedroom and its bathroom is located on this level. Two terraces, one facing south and the other west communicate. The second room houses a self-built bread oven and a summer kitchen.
On the floor a landing serves two rooms of 18m2 with their own bathroom and a beautiful room of 41m2 that can be used as a living room, library or games/ relaxation room. A running balcony is accessible from the different rooms on the floor.
Taking advantage of a rural environment free of any nuisance, not far from the passage of the Saone and its cycle path that borders it, it easily offers itself to an activity of bed and breakfast. Its business is running and enjoys a loyal clientele.
The garden develops several areas of cultivation implemented according to the principles of agroecology and permaculture. Aromatic and medicinal plants, permaculture mounds, a wide variety of fruit trees, mushroom cultivation in the cellar, shack, crossed hedges and wicker tontines cross and share outdoor spaces. Water, a fragile element, is also taken into account with several recovery tanks and two wells and a filtration system for coal and silver.
As part of the land is buildable, this house still offers different paths for evolution.
