This pretty double-story home really does have added value and could double as a BnB.
Let's start outside. It has two wendy houses and a little nursery to grow your favorite plants and trees. A lifesize giraffe sculpture, hidden in the trees, is a stunning artistic fun feature. Additional attributes are a generator, 3 x JoJo water tanks, and a very generous workshop and garage area of 81 square meters.
As you enter this home, there is plenty of room for large comfortable chairs and sofas in a formal lounge. An archway leads to a beautiful wooden bar. The stairs lead to an upstairs office and to the right, the main bright big bedroom with bathroom en suite. As you pass through the archway, to the left of this, there is a delightful breakfast nook and spacious dining room. In front of the bar is a TV room, made to relax in and watch rugby or your favorite soapie. The farm-styled kitchen is adjacent and has loads of cupboard space with everything you need. The second downstairs bathroom is enormous, used by the 4 bedrooms upstairs apart from another separate toilet upstairs.
At the back of the house is a jacuzzi room with large windows and doors opening onto a delightful back garden, where you can enjoy a lazy Sunday breakfast or a romantic candlelit dinner. There's plenty of space to entertain family and friends.
Positioned on a quiet street in the village of Kampersrus.
Mariepskop school is up the road and some lekker restaurants and a little shop and butchery, are just down the road. Orpen Gate, for a quick drive to Kruger Park, is 40 km away. Moholoholo Animal Rehab Centre is almost next door and it feels like you are really in the bush, hearing the lions roar and hyena calls.
