The new building consists of two buildings and has an underground garage for convenient parking. The apartments in the building complex are between 60 and 140 square meters in size. The building offers a total of ten penthouse apartments with luxurious furnishings. It has been designed to be barrier-free to ensure comfort and accessibility. An elevator provides access from the basement to the apartments. The apartments have a generous ceiling height of 2.80 meters, which creates an airy and open feeling of living. Depending on requirements, the apartments can be equipped with an open or closed kitchen with a fitted kitchen. In order to provide residents with carefree living, a basic service is included in all apartments for a flat-rate service fee. This comprehensive service includes not only the care and maintenance of the communal areas, but also a variety of small services and assistance. For example, residents can take advantage of the office service, which offers support with mail processing, parcel delivery and other administrative tasks. A car service is also available to residents, allowing them to conveniently retrieve their vehicle from the underground parking garage. For traveling residents, additional services are offered to bridge their absence. On request, the service staff will take care of regular watering of the flowers in the apartments to ensure that they are well looked after, carry out a general apartment check to see that everything is in order and identify potential problems at an early stage. Residents can also take advantage of the mail service while they are away. The service staff ensure that the mail is regularly removed from the letterbox to avoid overfilling and can forward it to the residents if necessary.
