The historic half-timbered house was built more than 400 years ago by the then Ansbach margrave. It is located close to the center in the immediate vicinity of the Franconian Rezat and was therefore also used as a fish house in margravial times. The property is under monument protection. Over the years, the property has been constantly maintained by the owners and the historical details of the building, especially the half-timbering, have been lovingly restored. On the ground floor, the path leads you through the hallway over the hand-fired stone tile floor into two living rooms and a bathroom with tub, toilet and sink. These two rooms could also be used as a guest room, study or granny flat. The oak staircase continues to the upper floor. Here is the main apartment with a hallway, two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with a fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, vanity and guest toilet. The rustic ceiling beams and the partially exposed half-timbering contribute particularly to the cozy ambience. A modern Swedish stove is installed in the living room, which provides a pleasant warmth and atmosphere. In addition, this apartment has a covered balcony to the west, which is accessible from the dining room.On the top floor is the second self-contained apartment with living room, bedroom, children's room, kitchen with fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is currently rented. A Swedish stove can also be connected in the attic. The floors of the building are equipped with tiles and real wood parquet. The shared laundry room is located above the vaulted cellar of the property. On the property there is also a new shed with space for up to four cars. There is also a small workshop and a wood store right next to the house. The car parking spaces are located in front of the eastern part of the house. The small garden area is on the west side. The property is fenced all around and also has its own well.
