The production of goods and merchandise is an essential part of our economy. To be successful in an increasingly competitive market, it is essential to work efficiently and productively. A modern industrial hall can make an important contribution to this by creating optimal working conditions and facilitating production. Around 6,900 m² of warehouse space is available to let in the property on offer. The property was built in 2007 and was renovated and converted in 2020/21. The warehouse space extends over several building sections (3 modules), which are connected internally. The building structure is designed to enable efficient production and storage. Access from the outside is via ground-level roller shutters and, in the office building, via a glazed entrance door. Each section of the hall can be heated independently so that the temperature can be individually adjusted. The property is completely fenced in and has generous outdoor storage areas as well as 88 parking spaces. The property therefore offers sufficient space for the storage of goods as well as the production of goods. The rental price is exclusive of ancillary costs and VAT.
