CUBE ONE is a modern new building in the Bauhaus style that impresses with its clear lines, concise geometries and timelessly elegant aesthetics. The solidly built house corresponds to a low-energy house concept in accordance with KFW40 and offers a high level of living comfort with efficient operation. The design of the interior can still be customized, so that individual wishes can be taken into account within the construction schedule. The building has a total of five rooms. The spacious living and dining area forms the central heart of the house and provides direct access to the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen can be flexibly configured: If required, it can also be integrated into the guest room adjoining the living room or left as a separate area. There is also a guest WC on the first floor, which is harmoniously integrated into the overall concept. Upstairs there are three spacious and bright rooms, a dressing room that can also be converted into an additional bathroom and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC and washbasin. All rooms are generously sized and allow for versatile furnishing and optimal use of the floor space. The equipment and technology impress with an efficient heat pump from BOSCH in combination with solar support, which ensures low operating and heating costs. The triple-glazed windows ensure good thermal insulation, while electric external blinds allow flexible light and heat regulation. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth in all rooms, and oak parquet flooring is laid in all rooms, offering a high-quality and long-lasting look. The interior fittings can still be customized, meaning that tiles, surface materials, floor coverings, interior doors and bathroom design can be adapted to suit individual requirements. The outdoor area comprises two garden terraces with adjoining lawns, each facing east (breakfast terrace) or south-west (day and evening exposure). There is also a parking space between CUBE ONE and CUBE TWO, providing a convenient parking solution close to the entrance. The entrance doors of both houses are grey and harmonize visually with the grey paving of the paths and the façade design. The exact location and surroundings of CUBE ONE are available on request; occupation will take place after completion of the new building towards the end of 2025. In total, CUBE ONE offers five light-flooded, bright rooms, high-quality surfaces and a clear, timeless design basis.
