Marloth Park Holiday Town was established in 1977 where the summers never end and the winter visits once a year maybe on a Tuesday! We are situated in northeastern South Africa in the ever so lovely province of Mpumalanga. We are privileged to call the Kruger National Park our neighbour. We have wildlife roaming our “gardens”. We don’t have fences. We do have an abundance of birdlife. We often listen to the lions call from Lionspruit, our own private game reserve within Marloth, what a life!
You can also be the proud owner of your own piece of Africa by acquiring this massive piece of land being advertised here. Four Stands clustered together (Notarial Tie). Two of the stands are road facing and two are panhandle stands, bordering the eco-strip.
You have little to none to do here. Water and Electricity connections are in place on the corner panhandle stand (2 sides on the eco-strip). House plans have been prepared by a reputable Consulting Company who specializes in civil and structural engineering. The plans will be available to only willing and able buyers at the time of viewing. The plan must be approved by Nkomazi Council; this you may attend to in your own time.
The location is also an advantage, a brisk walk with water bottle in hand will take you down to the Crocodile River fence.
The design is modern and sleek but blends in well with the wildlife Marloth Park is renown for.
A short drive of 19km will take you to Crocodile Bridge Gate entrance to the Kruger National Park or a bit further you may enter the Park through the Malalane Gate which is 36km. If you wish to take a day trip to the beach and your passports are in order, Maputo, Mozambique is only 124km.
Buy now and build whenever you are ready. We assist with finance, transfer process and our after sales service is a never ending story!
IMPORTANT: Please don’t request the address of the property advertised. For various reasons we do not divulge the exact address, you are welcome to contact me to arrange an exclusive viewing in advance.
