Lucas Fox presents this wonderful traditional Andalusian style rural house of 1000 m² built, on a plot of 60 hectares, with olive trees. Upon accessing La Finca, crossing a path between the olive trees, we arrive at a large esplanade with parking space for several cars. La Finca has its own vegetable garden, a paddle tennis court with changing rooms and a children's area. The exterior area is surrounded by mature gardens, with a large swimming pool. Still exterior, there is a large professional kitchen that overlooks the porch, with a dining room and barbecue area. The garden is prepared to have tents in a space of 400 m², ideal for organizing events or weddings. The hacienda is divided into four private apartments, with capacity for up to twenty people, which connect with a 70 m² common living room . The Torreón, the first apartment, was formerly the house's barn and is the largest on the estate. It has a living room with fireplace, dining room and equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three of them with private bathroom, and a bathroom to serve the other two. The second apartment, El Pajar, as its name indicates, was formerly the haystack. It has a living room with a wood stove, dining room and equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms. The third apartment is the same as the Pajar. The fourth apartment, El Llano, was formerly the landlord's house. It has a living room with fireplace, dining room and equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with three private bathrooms. The farm also has a rural use license, so it is not only an ideal place to live in contact with nature, but it can also be used for tourist purposes. Likewise, its 60 hectares of olive trees (1,200 centenarians and 2,200 young ones) can generate interesting agricultural production. Get in touch for more information.
