Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Additional charges will be: security deposit ($500), departure cleaning fee ($300), Booking fee ($250.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes and Travel Insurance (if purchased at the time of booking).
