The prefabricated house in timber cassette construction by a Scandinavian company, dating from 1977, was built on an impressive plot above Linden-Süd on a cul-de-sac with an unobstructed view of the Elm, the Asse and the Harz mountains. The house has a fully developed and heated basement with an integrated garage. The timber frame of the exterior façade has a red-brown clinker brick in front and mineral wool insulation in between. The windows are double-glazed and have wooden frames. In the entrance area of the hallway, there is a bedroom to the left and right, one of which has a complete shower room, meaning it can also be used as a guest room. In the spacious hallway there is access to an open dining area and the kitchen, the living room with open fireplace and the south-facing terrace, from where you have an unobstructed view of the Asse and Ösel mountains and a distant view as far as the Brocken (Harz Mountains). Large windows and a window/sliding door element provide plenty of light, the exposed wooden beams and coffered ceilings as well as the clinkered wall in the living room give the room a rustic and natural character. The south-facing terrace, also with an open fireplace, offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the natural surroundings. The house has a full basement and is heated and has good-sized windows for sufficient natural light in almost all rooms. A large party cellar, a hobby or fitness room, a sauna with shower and WC, a storage room and a boiler room offer plenty of possibilities and space. The spacious garage under the house has access to the cellar for storing all kinds of purchases.
