A modern four-bedroom house with all the modern conveniences is found in the beautiful and sought-after island of Arousa, in the Arousa estuary. The house is less than five minutes from the nearest beach on an island known for its natural park and stunning natural landscapes. The property is found in a residential area of the island, on a small plot, and has its own private garage at the basement level. From outside it has a contemporary appearance, yet is constructed mainly from traditional stone. On arrival on foot there through the front door, we are met with a hallway with lot of natural light provided by a long skylight, and tall windows. To the right there is a fitted kitched, practically unused, complete with island and stylish indirect lighting, a feature which is used throughout the property. Next to the kitchen, as part of the open-plan layout is a dining area and living room to the rear, with access to the garden. The wooden laminate flooring uses an air-source heat pump for the underfloor heating. And there is also an air ventilation system which guarantees air quality, exchanging fresh air for the air inside the house without losing heat. One double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and furniture is available on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. Taking us up to the first floor is an open staircase with glass screen and a galleried landing above. On this level we find the main bedroom with king size bed, a double, and a single room that could also be used as an office. There is a large main bathroom complete with shower enclosure and the bedrooms feature bespoke fitted furniture. Down to the basement level, we find a double garage, machine room and storage space. This house would suit anyone looking for a second home near the beach in Galicia, or for those looking for a more relaxed lifestyle is a community on the island all year round. It would also make an interesting investment for the holiday rental market. The house was completed in 2023, and is in almost as new condition.
