The living room has exposed brick, ceiling fan, & access to the deck. 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor have large closets, exposed brick, & ceiling fans. 2nd floor has a bathroom w/ a double sink vanity & ceramic tile. 3rd floor has 2 more bedrooms w/ walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, & Jack & Jill bathroom. Enjoy a washer/dryer on the 3rd floor. Landlord pays water, sewage, & trash. Tenant pays electric. There is high efficiency electric heat & central AC. 1 parking space per bedroom is permitted in a shared parking lot. Garages w/ EV charging or a carport may be available for additional rent. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a 2 animal maximum. There are no breed/weight restrictions.
