This home has been completely renovated. The mechanical systems have all been replaced. A new five-ton Trane HVAC system has been installed and balanced for maximum efficiency. A new water heater has also been recently installed. The plumbing throughout the house has been replaced with PEX. The roof was replaced in July of 2025.
