This is one of the famous journalists' chalets, a famous real estate project carried out by a journalists' cooperative in the city of Valencia in the 1930s, when it was envisioned that this area would be a garden city development with small chalets on the outskirts of the city. Enrique Viedma was the architect in charge of executing this project with great mastery. Today, the buildings are protected as a level 2 building, and their concept is reminiscent of the romantic English architecture of his houses with their characteristic bay windows. Viedma is a highly acclaimed architect, having participated in under construction such as the Central Market and designed iconic buildings such as La Finca Roja, La Casa del Chavo, and the Unión i el Fenix building next to the Valencia bullring. The chalets are arranged on two floors: ground floor and first, plus a turret with a terrace above. This unique property also has a consolidated space, like a sloping attic with wooden beams on the second floor next to the turret, which gives the property a special value that the neighboring homes lack. There are terraces on every level: on the surrounding ground floor , on the first floor in the large rear part, and on the second floor next to the tower.
