The room layout includes 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with daylight and bathtub, an inviting hallway, a living room with large double doors to the south-facing balcony in front and a semi-open kitchen with a large fitted kitchen and a glass bay window in which the dining area has fantastic space and offers a wonderful view of the greenery. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen, washing machine, balcony furniture, W-LAN, telephone, TV and a stereo system. The bedrooms are furnished with real wood furniture in Scandinavian style. The southwest-facing balcony with a view of the green property and the trees and shrubs that have been planted to enclose it is the perfect place to while away the hours. This is a wonderful place to while away the evening hours in the open air. A large cellar and a convenient underground parking space round off the offer perfectly. A short walk to the beautiful, white Baltic Sea beach is included! The minimum rental period is 6 months. A flat rate of € 250 is payable for the final cleaning of the apartment. For a rental period of 3-6 months a surcharge of 10% of the total rent will be charged. Car parking space by arrangement in the underground garage: 100€ per month NOTE: Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment!
