The main clubhouse, grill room and pro-shop have all been renovated. Even the parking lot expansion is complete. There is a community pool for the exclusive use of owners at Cypress Cove and Wildcat Cove. Those owners all pay to maintain the pool and its parking lot. Another great place to meet your neighbors. This first floor unit with three bedrooms and two full baths has been meticulously cared for. The flooring in the main living area is engineered wood while the primary bedroom and third bedroom (den) have laminated wood flooring. The dining room chandelier and a piece of wooden art above the kitchen cabinets are not conveying with the sale of this property, but furnishings are negotiable. This unit has plexiglass sliders on the lanai giving you another 235 sq ft of living space. The screens on the lanai were replaced with picture window screens for unobstructed views down the lake. Keep in mind there are electric and manual shutters. You will love the location.
