A unique feature is the guest hotel, where house guests can stay for a nominal fee (currently single apartment incl. final cleaning €20/night and double room incl. final cleaning €25/night). In the basement of the complex there is a laundry center with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and a hot ironer. This facility has proved very successful and saves time and money in many households. It is operated using tokens. All residents also have access to an open barbecue area, which is very popular with the general public. A communal pool and sauna are available for wellness and fitness.
