Overview

The first portion of the property consists of three blocks of identical student accommodation. The building is built over two floors with parking provided underneath the building. Each block consists of 11 units (rooms) either double sharing or single providing accommodation for 48 students in each block. Some of the rooms are either single or shared rooms. Each unit consists of a modern kitchen with ablutions facilities. The kitchens are fitted with brown cupboards, black granite tops and electric stoves. The rooms at the on the top level have small balconies and loft bedrooms. Neat passages and concrete staircases. The buildings are in good condition.

The second portion consists of double storey building of six blocks. The blocks or units for the residence consists of kitchens and ablution facilities.

There is 24 hour patrolled security and free uncapped Wi-Fi. Open fields for student sport events available. The property is walled and fenced with two secure entrances.

At present, the residences occupy 198 students. Ten blocks can still be renovated, which will increase the number of students. There is 10 000 sqm of land available for further development. All the furniture is included and one bus for transporting students.

Ground manager available. One year contract with the University and is renewed annually.
