Monsieur Hirsch is an elegant Wilhelminian-style ensemble built in 1900. It is located in the beautiful and idyllic Friedenau district of Tempelhof-Schönberg, which has two stags on its coat of arms. The brown and green clinker brick façade is also reminiscent of the inhabitants of the Grunewald forest nearby. The four-storey ensemble consists of a front building, a side wing, a rear building and a shed in the inner courtyard. There are 26 apartments with 1 to 6 rooms and approx. 49 to 151 m² on four floors; the majority of these are 3-room apartments. Daylight bathrooms and balconies ensure a high level of living comfort and good rentability. The apartments, which are ready to move into, have been carefully renovated to a high standard. They have retained their Wilhelminian charm and combine it with modern living comfort. The façade and stairwells are currently being renovated and will soon shine in new splendor. In addition, a new attic storey is being added, in which further apartments will be created.
