The property is adjacent to the SSJID drain 14, and has access to water when available, Utilizing a 75 HP short couple turbine pump with a VFD drive to pressure the system. The property utilizes mostly drain water during the irrigation season. There is also another 75 HP deep well on the property that ties into the system and is utilized for irrigation. Dragon screens and a four bank Media filter system are in place to accommodate filtration for drip irrigation as well as evaporative cooling on the apples, and mini sprinklers on the Cherries.
