Up Down Duplex - Each unit is 3 bedroom 1 bath. Decent sized units with larger kitchens in each unit. Property has recently been painted and updated, Gas heat in each unit. Tenants pay their own utilities, 1st floor has its own deck and has an open deck out front. 1st floor rent is 800 per month and the 2nd floor rent is 975. Former tenants were not very cooperative in allowing showings but those tenants are gone so that shouldn't be an issue moving forward. although 24 hour notice is ok, would prefer 2 day notice if possible.
