In 2002, Scott Jackson opened Carolina Coast Realty, Inc., and quickly learned that he needed a strong business model to grow his company. In 2003 he made the decision to join forces with the WEICHERT, REALTORS® organization due to their strong client level commitment. With the new Weichert® alliance, WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Southern Coast was started in North Myrtle Beach, SC. The company added more offices in Myrtle Beach in March 2004 and Surfside Beach in May 2010.
