Riezl continues to focus her efforts inside the subdivisions of Reynolds Lake Oconee, Reynolds Landing and Great Waters, where she was consistently one of the top agents for over 20 years.  “I know the community well and have sold many properties more than once,” stated Riezl. “My years of experience and understanding of the market are keys to providing superior service to my clients,” she added. Riezl was ranked in the top 5 in total sales production for all of Lake Oconee in 2018 ($30.5M), 2019 ($26.2M) and 2020 (over $59M).

The couple relocated to Lake Oconee in 1997 and have been part of many positive changes in the area, “Our family is fortunate for the opportunity to serve alongside great leaders of our community and are grateful for the chance to play a small role when called upon,” Ted remarked.  Ted and Riezl founded the Lake Oconee Food and Wine Festival in 2010 to benefit education in the area. Riezl served as Chair of the St.Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation Board and is currently on the Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, was Past President of the Lake Country Board of Realtors and is currently a Board Director for the Oconee Performing Arts Society. Ted served as co-chair for the Lake Oconee Academy Capital Campaign, currently serves as Chair for the Greene County Board of Elections and Registration, and is President of the Lake Country Board of Realtors. The couple is a member of Christ Our King and Savior Catholic Church and are the proud parents of Stuart (18) and Remi (14). “We are grateful to live and work in this community and believe that we have the responsibility to give back,” stated Ted.
