At the essence of Jim Maloof/Realtor® is the mission statement created by our company founder, Jim Maloof:  “Individually and collectively we give our clients our absolute best without compromise.”  Now under the leadership of Jim’s son, Michael Maloof, that mission statement has expanded to include: “ No commission is worth a compromise in our integrity”.

In 1969, Jim Maloof started a small real estate business that quickly grew into the largest in the city.  Starting in 1983, for 12 years, Jim Maloof served as Mayor of Peoria, playing a key role in the revitalization of the community.  Jim received many awards over his lifetime and was founder of the first St. Jude Affiliate in the country.

In 2001, The Welcome Center was established and since that time it has served over 5,000 home finding, home marketing, rental tours, property management, Farm Auctions and concierge services.

Jim Maloof/ Realtor® remains the largest independent broker in central Illinois under the guiding hand of Michael Maloof, President.
