You will have access to all of the amenities of a resort which include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, marina, fishing dock, sauna, spa, restaurant, bar/grille, billiards room and fabulous views of the lake (at this time, access has been limited to many of the amenities). The studio villa is fully furnished and you will have your own covered parking space. Non-smoking and no pets. Lago Vista is one hour from Austin, nestled in the Texas hill country on Lake Travis with two golf courses and plenty of other activities. An open boat slip is available for an additional charge.The property does not have access to a mailbox so tenants will have to get mail by PO BOX or another way.
