For over 30 years, Pam O’Connor, SCRP, has managed networks which ultimately were consolidated into Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®. The first woman to head a major real estate network, Pam’s many honors include being the fifth-ranking woman on Stefan Swanepoel’s Power 200 list of the most powerful people in real estate, one of the top 25 thought leaders by the National Association of Realtors, and one of the top 100 most influential people in real estate by Inman News. She is the 6th person to ever receive the H. Cris Collie Leadership Award from Worldwide ERC for lifetime achievements in the relocation sector. Pam has been involved in leadership roles for several foundations and trade organizations and is a frequent industry writer and speaker.

With over 20 years of experience in luxury real estate, Paul Boomsma has created the highly successful Luxury Portfolio program. Paul began his career marketing luxury office towers and later joined a top residential firm, later becoming National Marketing Director for a major franchise. Paul is a frequent industry speaker on the topics of raising the bar for real estate branding, agent listing presentations, synergies with the resort/second-home market, and the luxury market. He has been named one of the Most Influential People in Luxury Real Estate and has received Unique Homes’ Luxury Marketer of the Year Award.
Robert Portale, SCRP, SGMS, President/CEO RELO Direct®
As President & CEO, Bob wears a lot of hats, sometimes at the same time. His varied experience in business development, operations, and executive management makes him a unique leader since he understands all sides of the relocation industry, both internally and externally. With more than two decades of industry experience, Bob brings a spirit of continuous improvement and professional development to the RELO Direct® team. His never-ending search for a better solution and learning opportunities has led him to not only attain high-ranking industry certifications, including the GMS-T for Talent Management certification that was open to only a select few by the Worldwide ERC®, but to provide clients with an engaging service experience.
Alan Cazzato, CPA, VP of Finance and CFO
Alan Cazzato is an experienced financial manager and CPA who manages the corporate service functions of the company, including technology, accounting, human resources, and company infrastructure. A Chicago native, he has previously been responsible for financial management of companies in various different industry sectors.

Stephanie Pfeffer Anton has been with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® since 2005 and today oversees the day-to-day operations of this global, multi-faceted program which represents brokers in over 60 countries. She frequently speaks to audiences around the world about the luxury industry, real estate marketing, and research and insights into the luxury consumer. She has been named to the Inman 101 list of innovative leaders driving industry change, the Swanepoel Power 200 list of most influential real estate professionals and Luxury Daily’s prestigious ranking of Luxury Women to Watch 2017, a select list of 25 accomplished executives set to make a difference in luxury next year.
Chris Dietz, Executive Vice President Global Operations
Chris Dietz, executive vice president Global Operations, a German national, executes the LeadingRE’s expansion plans by growing and managing its international footprint, including marketing efforts and brand awareness initiatives. Dietz has over 20 years of executive-level relocation management experience and possesses a deep insight into the global real estate industry and the diverse business practices. Before joining LeadingRE, Dietz managed the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions for a U.S.-based relocation management company out of their London office, and prior to that, he was in charge of developing relocation business in Europe under a large US real estate franchise brand.
