About Solano County, California

Six Flags Marine World of Vallejo, a combination wildlife park, aquarium and theme park, is also another one of the county's major tourist attractions. Visitors can also learn about Solano County's history at any one of the county's museums.

Solano is still building, land prices remain lower than found elsewhere, and the county is especially interested in attracting jobs to build local prosperity and cut the commute for its local residents.  Solano County is a rapidly growing Bay area community and is famous for its affordable housing, mild weather, nearby educational opportunities, business growth, and for its broad assortment of leisure activities.
