Edmonds, WA

Nestled just north of Seattle and south of Mukilteo, lies the quiet, small town of Edmonds.

Edmonds is home to about 40,000 people as well as a sought-after school district; a community college; an array of public art throughout the town and waterfront; a multitude of festivals and year-round activities; over 30 fantastic parks and playfields including an under-water park for scuba divers, off leash dog park, swimming pools, and trails; an amazing water front; great playhouses; and it’s own intimate concert venue in the Edmonds Center for the Arts.

Few places so close to everything can brag of the serene beauty that Edmonds has to offer. Downtown Edmonds is a friendly place to live; a place where cars gladly stop to let you walk across the street.

Lake Kachess, Washington

Lake Kachess is the best kept secret in the heart of the Cascades! Snowcapped mountains encompass a 12-mile lake, the ultimate in boating, skiing, kayaking ... you name it. Snowmobile or hike right from your front door to endless trails.

Located off I90 at exit 62, Lake Kachess is well hidden from the freeway, but also covers the second largest campground in the state at one end and Easton Dam at the other.

Real estate home sites here range from approximately .25 acres up to 5+. The community divisions are unique in their own perspective, some focusing on luxury waterfront homes and others are treed, hidden lots with small cabins.

“Kachess Village” amenities include several waterfront community areas, a boat launch and clubhouse for members, designated parking areas, and snow plowing.

“Kachess Ridge” focuses on the recreational aspects of mountain life, with larger parcels, hundreds of acres of community property, and a community beach area.

North Kitsap, Washington

"North Kitsap" loosely refers to the northern end of the Kitsap Peninsula. It encompasses the communities of Poulsbo, Suquamish, Indianola, Kingston, Eglon, and Hansville. It covers an area lengthwise of about 20 miles.

Poulsbo is the largest of these Communities. Its downtown area is known as a Little Norway. Unique little shops line both sides of the streets. Poulsbo has grown over the years and now houses some of big box Stores like Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Office Max, and Pet Smart. A mall is eight miles further south in the town of Silverdale.

Suquamish is a Suquamish Tribal Community. The community is famous for being the burial site of Chief Seattle (Sealth) at theSuquamishTribalCemetery. At the Gravesite, you will find very unique items left in honor of the Chief. Canoe races bring tribes from across the nation to compete inPuget Sound.

Indianola is known for their sense of community. They own a fishing pier that extends way out into Puget Sound. Crabbing off the pier is a lot of fun. Or take the steps down to explore the beach during low tide. The Indianola Store is known for Rob’s Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Eglon, Washington

Eglon is a small North Kitsap community with a big heart. A sign at the corner of Eglon Road and Hansville Highway tells locals what is happening at the Eglon Community Center.

The antique and charming Eglon Church is favorite gathering place. Known for taking care of one another in time of great needs is their testimony.

The Port of Eglon boasts a waterfront park that is great for picnickers. During high tide, community members can back their boats into Puget Sound for some great fishing.

Beautiful farms line Eglon Road. Farmers are never too busy to wave at their neighbors while tending their gardens. Wonderful veggies and beautiful flowers are often carted off to Kingston for the Saturday’s Farmer’s Market.

Eglon is also home to many waterfront properties whose residents enjoy gorgeous views of the shipping lanes in Puget Sound. Spectacular sunrises over the Cascade Mountains, including Mt. Rainier and Mt. Baker, also greet these lucky home owners.
