Medina County, Ohio
Medina County, Ohio is situated in north central Ohio, and comprises roughly 425 square miles. It was established in 1812 and is the seventeenth most heavily populated county in the state (according to the 2000 census). Its proximity to Cleveland and Akron along with plenty highway access provides a trouble-free commute to either city. The largest cities in Medina County include: Medina, Wadsworth and Brunswick.With the array of activities, events and some of the most stunning historic architecture in the State of Ohio, Medina County is a worthwhile area to live in and visit. Nearly all of the communities in the county have a town square, gazebo and genuine Victorian buildings surrounding the square. Strong community effort and dedication have maintained and preserved the loveliness of these squares for everyone to enjoy.
