Jefferson is the county seat for Jackson County resting just off of I-85 fifty miles north of Atlanta. As a relatively young community, Braselton offers a large variety of housing in new homes of many sizes and styles, gentleman farms as well as age restrictive communities. It is conveniently located to the growing Mall of Georgia as well as strategically placed smaller specialized centers to attract local consumers.
In Braselton, you’ll find Georgia’s premier winery at Chateau Elan. Inside the magnificent 26th century style French Chateau, tours and wine-tastings are available.
