About Melbourne, Florida
The Space Coast of Florida is recognized as a paradise to our vacation travelers, and to our residents, as we have a warm, year-round, sunny climate to make your dreams come true.
Imagine beautiful beaches to watch our terrific sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway, which runs along the east coast of the United States. Watch a night launch from Kennedy Space Center as the shuttle blasts away to the space station. Sebastian Inlet is a very popular state park which is located on the southern part of Brevard County in Sebastian, Fl. All of these are both spectacular and available to everyone on the Florida Space Coast.
We welcome vacation travelers, full time residents or seasonal residents to discover our variety of amenities such as cultural activities, family activities, boating, festivals, fishing, golf, wildlife, cruising from our own Port Canaveral, great shopping at our Avenues at Viera, or visit our nearby Orlando, Florida (1 ½ hour drive) to enjoy the spectacular theme parks of Walt Disney World. We have Melbourne International Airport in Melbourne and Orlando International Airport located just 50 miles west on Beach Line Highway.
We offer a wide variety of housing options available to people who are relocating to our Space Coast, purchasing their first home, retirement living, or buying that dream vacation home. There are beach front homes, golf and country club homes, family neighborhoods, luxury country homes and affordable river, lake and canal front homes.
