The Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® name and logo truly define the inherent quality and pedigree of the real estate companies in our network. With such an “industry defining” name we are constantly challenged to protect our intellectual property rights. Accordingly, we vigorously protect the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® name and mark from infringing activities. Use of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® mark is a privilege extended only to current members in good standing. Additionally, agents of these member firms may use the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® mark in their materials so long as they remain affiliated with a member of our network.
RELO®
RELO® is a proprietary company name which has been trademarked for over 30 years. In addition to the Federal Registration for RELO® and the RELO® logo, RELO® holds Federal Registrations for 800-621-RELO, RELO Direct®, RELO Guard®, RELO.com, RELO® Home Search, RELO Direct®, RELO Partner®, and employs the RELO® mark in several derivative forms. We vigorously protect these marks from infringing activities, and limit use of them to current members of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network who are in good standing. All other companies and individuals are prohibited from using 'relo' or 'RELO' as a substitute for 'relocation', as part of their company name, website address, email address, or in any other way.
