RELO Direct^® and LeadingRE Expand Headquarters

CHICAGO (9/22/08) —RELO Direct^®, Inc. has expanded its headquarters facility in downtown Chicago to accommodate continuing growth, with expansion and remodeling also occurring for sister company Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^®. Both are located in the Chicago Title building in the heart of Chicago’s Loop.

“We are fortunate to be located in a prime location that allows us access to a strong relocation labor pool,” said RELO Direct^® President/CEO Bob Portale, “and our facility is a convenient meeting place for clients and our vendor partners, as well.”

Despite the market downturn in real estate and its impact on relocation, both RELO Direct^® and LeadingRE are taking advantage of opportunities that exist in this market to grow their respective lines of business. RELO Direct^® is a full-service relocation management firm, which administers employee mobility needs for a diverse portfolio of clients, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^® is the largest global network of premier locally-branded real estate firms, with annual home sales of over $370 billion.

Renovations were completed in mid September in space that is now five times the size of that originally occupied by LeadingRE – formerly RELO^® – in 1993 shortly after the building’s construction.
