Top Brokers and Real Estate Experts Convene at Luxury SUMMIT

CHICAGO – Luxury real estate specialists from around the world convened at the Luxury Portfolio SUMMIT, April 7-9 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, FL.  Attendees were members of Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection™, the fastest-growing luxury property network.

Attendees examined housing, design and lifestyle trends in the luxury market and explored strategies for addressing the needs of affluent buyers and sellers.  “Over the last decade, a new synergy has emerged among real estate, design and architecture catering to the affluent consumer.  Understanding these nuances and the many factors that influence lifestyle purchasing decisions is critical to today’s luxury real estate specialist – and that was one of the primary goals of the SUMMIT,” notes Paul Boomsma, Luxury Portfolio president.

Networking events included a property tour of Boca Raton’s most notable properties, hosted by Premier Estate Properties, which included three properties from the soon-to-be-released Ultimate Homes Magazine that chronicles the top 1,000 properties in the country.  Additionally, awards were presented to the winners of the annual marketing contest, and a gala dinner cruise was held aboard the renowned Lady Windridge.
