Similarities and Differences in the Luxury Real Estate Market-

Chicago – (07/09/07) – Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection™ will bring together luxury real estate specialists from around the globe at its first International Symposium Sept. 13-16 at the Las Arenas Hotel in Valencia, Spain. Luxury Portfolio members from 15 countries   will convene to explore cross-cultural trends and country-to-country similarities and differences in the luxury real estate market.

The symposium will include speaker presentations, facilitated panel discussions, round table exchanges and networking functions. Additionally, Web tool and online sessions will highlight the advantages of using technology and Web 2.0 to buy and sell properties in today’s global market.

“Our members are some of the strongest real estate firms specializing in the affluent market in their regions and countries,” said Paul Boomsma, executive vice president of Luxury Portfolio. “The Luxury Portfolio network gives these firms the opportunity to collaborate and network with their peers and key players in the industry and to learn the latest luxury market trends and issues at continual training sessions and conferences like the International Symposium.”
